For a number of years, The Palmer Center Foundation has provided funding for some programs at Small Miracles Therapeutic Equestrian Center, Inc. Small Miracles describes itself as a nonprofit corporation founded through love to enhance the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth of individuals with special needs through equine-assisted activities. Small Miracles has also developed equine-assisted programs that supplement their therapeutic riding program. This organization always continues to enhance and develop programs as the needs of our community grow and change.
